Tudatos Points — terms of participation and data processing supplement

In short: Tudatos Points is the free loyalty programme of the Tudatos Diák School Cooperative for its members. Work done through the cooperative and the use of our services earn points, the points add up to three tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold), and the tiers give discounts and services. There is no cash benefit, voucher, prize or credit redeemable for money in the programme.
1. The programme and the provider
1.1. The Tudatos Points loyalty programme (the Programme) is operated by the Tudatos Diák School Cooperative (registered seat: 1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út 9.; company reg. no.: 01-02-054584; tax no.: 26777748-2-43; the Cooperative) in the TudatOS system (app.tudatosdiak.hu and the Tudatos Diák Career mobile app).
1.2. The Programme is a benefit scheme for the members of the Cooperative, linked to the membership relationship. Participation is free of charge.
2. Who takes part
2.1. Every non-deleted user with a student (job seeker) account in TudatOS takes part automatically: points accrue as set out in section 4, and the tier is calculated by the system. Adult-worker (non-student) accounts do not take part in the Programme.
2.2. The benefits of the Silver and Gold tiers (section 5) require a verified student status (a valid student card check or another proof accepted by the Cooperative). Without it, points accrue and the tier is shown, but the benefits cannot be used.
2.3. No separate declaration is needed. Anyone who does not wish to take part may ask to be excluded by deleting their account or by contacting customer service ([email protected]); their points and tier are then deleted.
3. Tiers
3.1. The tier is determined by the sum of points earned in the last 365 days (rolling window): Bronze 0–299 points, Silver 300–599 points, Gold from 600 points. Points older than 365 days drop out of the calculation, so a tier can also go down. Points are counted from the start of the Programme, 1 January 2026; earlier work and activity earn no points.
3.2. The tier is recalculated once a night. Points and tier are shown on the My points page and in the mobile app; the Cooperative notifies members of a tier upgrade by e-mail and app notification. No separate notice is sent when a tier goes down; the current tier is always visible on the My points page.

4.1. Working hours count according to the Cooperative's attendance settlement, after approval by the partner and the Cooperative. Points are credited in the nightly calculation following approval.
4.2. The Cooperative may change point values and sources for the future; points already credited do not change. Points obtained abusively (e.g. automated logins) may be removed.
4.3. A missing or incorrectly credited point may be reported to customer service ([email protected]) within 60 days of the point event (for a working month, of the approval of the month). After this period the calculation is final for that event. A justified complaint is remedied by correcting the source data, by the next nightly calculation.
5. Tier benefits
5.1. Bronze: collecting points and tracking progress; CrewClub Student tier; the free CV templates.
5.2. Silver: every template of the CV builder free of charge; CrewClub Crew tier (higher partner discounts); Silver badge on the profile.
5.3. Gold: access to new CrewClub offers 7 days early; Gold badge on the profile; every Silver benefit.
5.4. Benefits are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. CrewClub discounts are also subject to the CrewClub terms of participation.
5.5. The tier does not affect job placement: the assessment of applications, the order of candidates and presentation to partners are independent of the tier. Applying for student jobs is free for everyone.
6. Data processing supplement
6.1. To run the Programme, the Cooperative processes data derived from data it already processes about the member: approved monthly working hours (attendance settlement), the day of login, first use of the app, use of the CV builder, profile completeness, the existence of a profile video, completed surveys, the date of the membership agreement, paid referral rewards — from these the point events (source, points, date) and the tier. The Programme collects no new data.
6.2. The purpose is operating the membership benefit scheme; the legal basis is the membership relationship or the account contract (the TudatOS General Terms and Conditions accepted at registration) (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and the Cooperative's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in recognising members' activity. The tier upgrade notification is a service message that forms part of the Programme. The controller for the Programme is the Cooperative; for the joint controllers of the TudatOS system, section 1 of the Privacy Notice applies.
6.3. Point events are kept for 24 months from their creation, tier data for the duration of membership; Programme data is deleted when the account is deleted.
6.4. Data is not passed to third parties; CrewClub partners do not see the tier, only the discount category at redemption. Members have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection; details are in the Privacy Notice (tudatosdiak.hu/en/privacy-policy/platform#tudatos-pont). 7. Miscellaneous
7.1. The Cooperative may change or end the Programme for the future, with at least 30 days' notice in TudatOS. A tier already reached is kept for the transition period stated in the notice.
7.2. Hungarian law governs the Programme.
